Summary

Capital Power L.P. is a generation entity with approximately 2,466 MW of net owned capacity and/or power purchase arrangements, in Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia and the United States. The Company has approximately 248 MW (net owned) capacity under construction scheduled for completion in 2011. Capital Power Corporation (CPC) and its affiliate CPLP were created in July 2009 by EPCOR Utilities Inc. (EUI) to acquire all of its power-generating assets and related operations. EUI currently owns 72% of CPLP’s exchangeable units.
