ENMAX Corporation is a holding company whose primary operating subsidiaries consist of the following wholly owned entities: (1) ENMAX Power (contributes about 30% of EBIT), a regulated entity that owns, operates and maintains the electricity transmission and distribution system in Calgary and the surrounding area and is responsible for providing electricity to Regulated Rate Option customers; (2) ENMAX Energy, a non-regulated entity that provides electricity and natural gas supply and services, as well as billing services in Calgary, Red Deer, Lethbridge and several smaller communities in Alberta. ENMAX Corporation is wholly owned by the city of Calgary.
