The majority of Anadarko’s assets are located in the United States, representing about 89% of total proved reserves, with international operations (mainly in Algeria) accounting for the remainder. In addition to its substantial onshore U.S. operations, Anadarko is one of the largest acreage holders in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.
