St. Louis, MO–based Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company is the largest provider of rental vehicles in North America. Enterprise is owned by The Crawford Group, Inc. (Crawford), which is primarily owned by members of the Taylor family. In August 2007, Crawford purchased National Car Rental and Alamo Rent-A-Car businesses. As of August 1, 2009, National and Alamo’s operations will move under ERAC group structure and the full fleet will be consolidated. The debt of ERAC Canada Finance Ltd. is unconditionally guaranteed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company.
