The complex is a high-quality 36-storey office building comprising about 964,000 square feet (sq. ft.) of office space and 65,000 sq. ft. of retail space for a total net rentable area of 1,029,000 sq. ft. The office complex was built in 1983 as Phase II of First Canadian Place. Brookfield Properties Corporation is the property manager.
