Summary

Aéroports de Montréal is a not-for-profit, non-share capital corporation that is responsible for the management and development of both Trudeau (formerly Dorval) and Mirabel airports. Federally incorporated in 1989, ADM has been managing Montréal’s two major airports since 1992 under a 60-year ground lease with the Government of Canada, extendable for another 20 years. ADM served just over 6.4 million enplaned passengers in 2008.
