Express Pipeline Limited Partnership, Express Pipeline LLC and Platte Pipe Line Company (collectively, Express System) transport crude oil from Hardisty, Alberta, to Wood River, Illinois. Express System is owned one-third each by (1) Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P.; (2) Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc. (acting on behalf of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System); and (3) Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
