Superior Plus LP’s subsidiaries operate in four business segments: (1) Superior Propane is Canada’s largest propane retailer; (2) ERCO Worldwide is a leader in the specialty chemicals business; (3) Winroc Corporation is a distributor of wall and ceiling products; and (4) Superior Energy Management (SEM) is involved in fixed-price natural gas and electricity retailing operations. Superior is a 99.9%-owned subsidiary of Superior Plus Income Fund (the Fund). Cash flow generated by Superior is flowed through to Fund unitholders in a tax-attractive manner.
