Noranda Income Fund owns 100% of Noranda Operating Trust, which owns 75% of Noranda Income Limited Partnership (Xstrata plc owns the other 25%), which operates the CEZinc processing facility and all ancillary assets in Valleyfield, Québec. The facility processes value-added zinc and associated by-products for industrial customers located mainly in the United States and Canada.
