Summary
Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (OILC) is a non-share capital corporation established by the Ontario government responsible for the property management of the Government of Ontario's real estate assets and with a mandate to assist public-sector entities in the financing of capital expenditures. Using debt raised in the capital markets, OILC extends loans to eligible borrowers on a cost pass-through basis. OILC was formed on June 6, 2011 by an act of the Ontario legislature amalgamating the former Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation, the Ontario Realty Corporation and the Stadium Corporation of Ontario Limited.
