Summary

Noranda Operating Trust is wholly owned by the Noranda Income Fund and has a 75% interest in the Noranda Income Limited Partnership, (Xstrata Canada has a 25% interest), which owns the CEZinc metal processing facility at Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Québec. The CEZinc facility processes zinc concentrates to saleable metal for Xstrata Canada under a contract to May 2017 in exchange for processing fees and other considerations.
