Lake Superior Power L.P. owns a 110 MW gas-fired combined-cycle power co-generating facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Capacity and energy are sold to OEFC under a 20-year PPA through 2014. LSP is wholly, indirectly owned by Brookfield Renewable Power Inc., which, in turn, is wholly owned by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
