Hydro One Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries, owns and operates electric transmission and distribution assets, as well as a fibre-optic network across most of Ontario. Hydro One Inc. is the largest transmission and distribution operator in Ontario (servicing more than 95% of the province’s transmission throughput). It is wholly owned by the province of Ontario.
