Summary

Trust set up to fund the development of the Îlot Voyageur project undertaken by the Université du Québec a Montréal, which fully guarantees the transaction inclusive of overruns. The Ilot Voyageur project consists of a university pavilion, which will contain classrooms, offices, and retail business space, as well as a bus terminal and an office building of approximately 307,000 square feet.
