Pacific Bell Telephone Company: Announces Disclosure Change to Public Ratings
Dominion Bond Rating Service ("DBRS") has today announced a change in its disclosure regarding ratings based on public information for Pacific Bell Telephone Company (the "Company").
As DBRS is unable to have substantive discussions with the management of the Company and the analysis of the Company is based solely on public information, the following statement will be used in the press release and rating report: "Note: This rating is based on public information." The statement will replace the "p" that DBRS previously appended to the rating.
