DBRS Announces Disclosure Changes to Use of Appendages - Nortel Networks Limited

Dominion Bond Rating Service (“DBRS”) has today changed its disclosure regarding non-cumulative risk.

DBRS will no longer be attaching the “n” appendage symbol to its ratings in press releases and rating reports, but will write the following statements as appropriate:

-- “Note: Unpaid dividends for these securities are non-cumulative.”
