DBRS hosted a conference call, Thursday, June 21, at 3:30 p.m. ET regarding the announcement that BCE Inc. and TELUS Corporation have entered into discussions about a possible business combination.
DBRS today placed the A (low)/R-1 (low) ratings of TELUS Corporation (TELUS or the Company) and the A (low) rating of TELUS Communications Inc. Under Review with Developing Implications as a result of today’s announcement.
The call will be hosted by Paul Holman, Managing Director, and Chris Diceman, Senior Vice President.
