DBRS Rates AT&T Inc.’s EUR1.25 Billion Notes “A”, Stable Trend

DBRS has today assigned a rating of “A” with a Stable trend to AT&T Inc.’s (AT&T Inc. or the Company) recent EUR1.25 billion 6.125% notes issue that matures April 2, 2015.

DBRS expects the Company to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
