DBRS will be holding a teleconference Today, January 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. on the Canadian CMBS industry, with a slide presentation entitled “2010 Canadian CMBS Outlook”. The teleconference will feature Matt Reid, Assistant Vice President of CMBS and Erin Stafford, Senior Vice President of CMBS.
The conference call will review the Canadian CMBS market and credit conditions in 2009 and provide an outlook for the sector in 2010. It will also incorporate the impact of the updated CMBS Rating Methodology released January 15, 2010. The slide presentation will be available on the DBRS website at 11:00 a.m.
