DBRS will be holding a teleconference on Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at 2:00 p.m., to provide an overview of Canadian credit card portfolio performance in 2009 and introduce the soon-to-be-published Canadian Credit Card Index, a quarterly report that presents the key metrics used in DBRS rating analysis.
In order to provide investors with timely and insightful analysis, DBRS monitors each class of a credit card securitization transaction on a monthly basis. Such analysis is based on the key performance metrics of gross yield, loss rate, payment rate and excess spread. The teleconference, hosted by Kevin Chiang, Senior Vice President, and Jerry Marriott, Managing Director, will review the performance of each of these key metrics and provide a DBRS perspective on their significance.
