DBRS Correction: Revised February 2010 Monthly CMBS Surveillance Report
The February 2010 DBRS Monthly CMBS Surveillance Report, published on March 3, 2010, incorrectly stated the delinquency statistics listed on page four. In addition, in the Summary Statistics sections for the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust, Series 2004-PWR5, J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., Series 2005-LDP4 and Schooner Trust, Series 2006-6, the current watchlist statistics were also incorrectly stated.
