DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of AUD 100 Million at AA
DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the AUD 100 million 6.0% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing January 15, 2015. The issue is expected to settle on April 1, 2010.
The issue is a re-opening of the December 2009 issue in the amount of AUD 150 million and the January 2010 issue in the amount of AUD 100 million.
The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
