DBRS Comments on Extension of the Exemption to the SEC’s Amended Rule 17g-5
DBRS has today commented on the temporary conditional extension of the amended Rule 17g-5 (the Amended Rule) for credit rating agencies that are registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (NRSROs).
