OMERS Finance Trust

OMERS Finance Trust (OFT) is a wholly owned entity of OMERS Administration Corporation (OMERS) created in 2010 to consolidate the commercial paper (CP) programs of OMERS Realty Corporation and Borealis Finance Trust and to raise external recourse borrowing for the various investment entities of OMERS. The ratings on the debt issued by OFT are predicated on the unconditional and irrevocable guarantees provided by OMERS on the debt securities. OFT maintains a CP limit of $5.0 billion, as set by management.
