DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Class A1 Notes Issued by Fastnet Securities 10 Limited

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class A1 notes issued by Fastnet Securities 10 Limited.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A1 notes on the 11 May 2020 payment date. Prior to the repayment, the Class A1 notes had an outstanding principal balance of EUR 10,255,017.75.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 4 October 2019, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its ratings on the Class A1 and Class A2 notes at AAA (sf), respectively, and upgraded its rating on the Class A3 notes to AAA (sf) from AA (high) (sf).
